
BERKSHIRE — A Randolph man has been charged with possession of firearms in violation of a court order, after Vermont State Police received a report from a Berkshire resident.
A Randolph man has been charged with possession of firearms in violation of a court order after State Police received a report from a Berkshire resident shortly after 6p.p. on Monday.
According to the Vermont State Police, officers were informed that Brian War, 31, was in passion of firearms in direct violation of a court order. After verifying the order, officers encountered War in Enosburg where his vehicle was stopped along Route 105. A police search of the vehicle was conducted and firearms were discovered prompting new charges for violation of conditions of release.
Ward is scheduled to appear at the Windsor County Superior Court on December 8 to answer the charge.
